An appeal of examination results can be made after the final results are released.
Student may approach the Administration Department to lodge a request of review:
a) The Hanbridge “Examination Appeal Form” has to be filled
b) A processing fee of $50 has to be paid for the appeal service. The fee is non-refundable and waiver can only be granted upon appeal to the Administration Manager/Examination Board.
c) All appeals against the examination results shall be submitted to Academic Department within 7 working days from the release of results.
d) No appeal will be accepted for the re-grading of a paper in which the student has passed.
e) Only one appeal per examination is allowed.
f) Result of appeal will be released within 4 weeks (for in-house courses) or 8 weeks (for courses with external partners) of the date of the appeal.
A review will be conducted by a moderator appointed by the school. After due review, adjustments will be recommended and all final adjustment to the marks needs to be signed by an independent member of the Examination Board upon the recommendation of the Academic Director.
