Aims and Learning Objectives:
The Hanbridge Singapore ‘Study Abroad’ program (SDAB) aims to provide international students with the opportunity to study in Singapore with the following objectives:
* Improve their English competency with a structure 1 month intensive English program
* Enhance their international and cultural exposure (Cultural Intelligence – CQ)
* Academic progression in their respective study program with credit transfer.
Participants of the SDAB program will be able to demonstrate:
* Improved English language competency, and
* Sound knowledge of the basic concepts and principles associated with the respective academic modules undertaken in the program
Target Students/Admission Requirements:
* Age: All applicants must have attained the age of 17 at the start of program
* Language proficiency: Proficiency in English Language with minimum of IETLS 3.5 or Equivalent
Academic Level:
International Applicants
High School certificate or its equivalent (12 years)
Mode: Full-Time
Total Course Duration:
* Duration: 5 months
* Course intake: Student can join the program on a “rolling-intake” basis – at the start of each “Academic period”

Part A – Academic English Module
* Theory / Exam – 40%
* Application (coursework/project) – 60%
Part B – Higher Education Module
* Theory / Exam – 60%
* Application (coursework/project) – 40%
Assessments are conducted at the end of every module.
