Dr. Charlie Tay is a recognised expert in technology-enabled learning and strategic talent development. With over 30 years of experience in corporate workplace learning, he has led numerous consultancy projects that integrate digital innovation with adult learning principles. At Hanbridge Institute, he contributes his expertise in aligning academic programmes with industry-relevant skills and lifelong learning outcomes. Dr. Tay holds a Doctor of Education from Edith Cowan University, Australia, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Louisville, USA.

Mr. Willard Tan brings over a decade of leadership experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, complemented by his contributions as an adjunct lecturer and programme leader with universities and higher education institutions. His expertise bridges professional practice with academic development, particularly in designing and delivering industry-relevant curricula. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) in Hospitality & Tourism Management and a Master of Business Administration (Distinction) in Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University, UK.

Nicole holds an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

Nicholas has nearly 20 years of teaching experience at the Diploma, Bachelor's, and MBA levels. He began his career in the corporate banking sector before transitioning into higher education, where he has specialised in teaching business, economics, and finance-related subjects. He holds a Master of Science in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, and currently serves as the Assistant Academic Head (Higher Education) at Hanbridge Institute.
