Action Steps for Parents
If your child intends to sit for the AEIS examination this year, here are a few important steps to take:
✅ Submit your AEIS application during the official registration period.
✅ Prepare all supporting documents before applying.
✅ Check your Entry Proof carefully once it is issued to confirm your examination details.
✅ Continue strengthening your child’s English and Mathematics skills.
✅ Familiarise yourself with the AEIS examination format and requirements.
By preparing early, students have more time to strengthen their English and Mathematics skills, become familiar with the examination format, and build confidence before the September examinations.
Preparing for the AEIS Examination
Submitting the application is only the first step. Equally important is preparing for the examinations themselves.
Before heading to the examination venue, remember to bring:
- A printed copy of your Entry Proof
- A photocopy of your passport
- A pencil case with 2B pencils and other permitted stationery
Furthermore, candidates should check the reporting time stated on their Entry Proof and arrive at least 15 minutes before the examination begins.
Beyond examination day, consistent preparation in English and Mathematics helps students adapt more confidently to Singapore’s education system.
