On 3 November 2025, Hanbridge Institute held its annual
Graduation Ceremony — a day filled with pride, reflection, and joy.
This special occasion marked the culmination of our students’ dedication and perseverance,
as well as the beginning of new journeys ahead.
“Your education is a dress rehearsal for a life that is yours to lead.”
A Ceremony of Dignity and Celebration
As the music played, graduates dressed in academic gowns entered the hall with smiles of confidence and
accomplishment. Each step symbolised their hard work and growth. Following closely behind were the faculty
members and distinguished guests, signifying the passing on of knowledge and the spirit of academia.

The ceremony was hosted by Ms. Clarissa, Academic Head of Preparatory Courses and a graduateof the University of Cambridge. Her calm and eloquent presentation set the tone for a meaningful event.
As both the Singapore and UK national anthems played, the hall resonated with respect and unity — a reflection of Hanbridge Institute’s philosophy of “International Education, Shared Progress.”
Inspiring Words from Distinguished Guests

Dr. Alan Go, Chairman of the Academic Board and Director of Academics and Admissions, opened his speech with the timeless phrase, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” He reminded graduates that in this era of rapid technological change, success lies not in what we know today, but in our capacity to learn and adapt tomorrow.
“Your most valuable skill is not what you know today, but how fast you learn tomorrow.”
— Dr. Alan Go
He also emphasised Hanbridge’s six core values: Continuous Learning, Harmony, Openness, Innovation, Care and Concern, and Excellence — values that will continue to guide graduates wherever they go.
Associate Professor Stuart Agnew from the University of Suffolk also delivered a heartfelt address, highlighting the university’s recent recognitions such as “University of the Year” and “Best Student Support” at the 2025 Whatuni Student Choice Awards, as well as top rankings for Business Management teaching satisfaction in the Guardian University Guide 2026.
He shared that the Hanbridge–Suffolk partnership is more than an academic bridge — it is a connection between Asia and the global stage, and that education has the power not only to transform individuals, but also to uplift communities.
Presentation of Certificates
As graduates walked across the stage to receive their certificates, the atmosphere was filled with applause and emotion. Every smile reflected pride, perseverance, and the joy of accomplishment.

Special Message from the University of Suffolk
A congratulatory video message from Professor Jenny Higham, Vice-Chancellor & CEO of the University of Suffolk, was screened during the ceremony. She encouraged graduates to cherish their learning experiences at Hanbridge and Suffolk, to stay curious, and to become compassionate global citizens who lead with purpose and empathy.

Reflections and Farewell
As the ceremony concluded, the hall was filled with joy and emotion. Smiles, laughter, and heartfelt farewells captured the spirit of the day — a reminder that every ending is the beginning of something new.

Hanbridge Institute extends its warmest congratulations to all 2025 graduates. May you carry your curiosity, courage, and values into every new chapter of your journey. Wherever life takes you, Hanbridge will always be your foundation and your home.
Happy Graduation — and here’s to a bright future ahead!
