Singapore Climbs to 11th in the QS Best Student Cities 2026 Ranking!

International higher education authority QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) has officially released the 2026 Best Student Cities Ranking. Out of 150 cities worldwide, Singapore rose to 11th place, up four spots from the previous edition — once again showcasing the “Garden City’s” appeal as a top destination for education and quality living.

The ranking compares six key indicators: university rankings, desirability, affordability, employer activity, student mix, and student feedback — making it a valuable reference for prospective students and parents considering study destinations.

Asia leads the way this year, with Seoul, Tokyo and Singapore all within the top tier:
