Celebrating Success: Hanbridge Institute’s Outstanding S-AEIS 2026 Results

The S-AEIS 2026 results are officially out, and it is a day of immense pride here at Hanbridge Institute. We are thrilled to announce that our students have once again demonstrated academic excellence, securing numerous offers from Singapore Government Schools.

Our commitment to a rigorous curriculum and consistent assessment has truly paid off. This year, we observed a fascinating trend: many of our students reported that the actual S-AEIS papers felt more manageable than our internal monthly mock tests. By setting our standards high, we ensure that our students walk into the examination hall with confidence and a “competitive edge.”

Our 2026 Passing Rates

Our statistics speak for themselves, reflecting the hard work of our students and the expertise of our teaching staff:

  • Primary Students Passing Rate: 86.96%
  • Secondary Students Passing Rate: 81.82%, with our Secondary 2 Students Passing Rate: 100%
  • Overall Average Passing Rate: 85.29%

Beyond the numbers, the heart of Hanbridge is our community. We were deeply moved this morning when several students and parents visited our campus to express their gratitude, even surprising our teachers with beautiful bouquets of flowers. These gestures remind us why we do what we do.

Voices of Success: Our Students’ Journeys

While the statistics are impressive, the true heart of Hanbridge Institute lies in the personal stories of our students. This year, we were moved to receive numerous handwritten letters and testimonials from our candidates, reflecting on their time in our classrooms.

What Our Students Are Saying: Across these testimonials, a consistent theme emerged: the transition from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered. Many students noted that while our monthly mock tests were rigorous, they provided the mental stamina needed to excel during the actual S-AEIS papers.

“Thanks to your patience and warm encouragement, I have grown steadily and improved alot.”Ma Jian Xing, Successful Secondary 2 Candidate.

These written notes are more than just thank-you letters; they are a testament to the resilience of international students and the dedicated mentorship of our academic team. We invite you to view some of these heartfelt messages below.

Next Steps for Successful Applicants

If you have received an “Offered” status, congratulations! You must now act quickly to secure your place.

  1. The Reporting Window
Successful applicants must report to their offered school between Monday, 27 April and Monday, 11 May 2026. Failure to report within this window may result in the forfeiture of your child’s place.
  2. Document Checklist
Ensure you bring the following original documents to your assigned school:
  • Student’s Passport and Birth Certificate (with official English translation).
  • S-AEIS Outcome Letter (printed from the Candidates Portal).
  • Parent/Guardian’s Passport or NRIC.
  • The Registration Acknowledgement Letter (RAL) provided by the school.
  • Student’s CEQ (KET/PET) result slip (for Primary levels).
    1. Student Pass (STP) Application
Once you have reported, the school will provide you with a Registration Acknowledgement Letter. Use this to apply for your child’s Student Pass via the ICA website immediately. If your child already holds a valid Dependant’s Pass (DP) or LTVP, they do not need an STP but must still report for enrolment.

Guidance for Those Without a Placement

If your child did not receive a placement today, please do not lose heart. The S-AEIS is a supplementary exercise with highly competitive vacancy limits.

The September AEIS is your Main Gateway. The upcoming September AEIS is the primary intake for the 2027 academic year and historically offers a significantly larger number of vacancies across all levels.

    What you should do now:

    • Check CEQ Validity: Ensure your child’s Cambridge English (KET/PET) results are still valid (dated July 2025 or later) for the July registration.
    • Academic Audit: Join our May Intensive Intake. We will conduct a personalised performance evaluation to identify the specific gaps from the S-AEIS and pivot your child’s strategy toward success in September.

Frequently Asked Questions: S-AEIS Results & AEIS 2026

What should I do if my child did not get a placement in the 2026 S-AEIS?

Do not be discouraged. The S-AEIS is a supplementary exercise with limited vacancies. The September AEIS is the primary intake for the year, offering the most comprehensive opportunity for admission. We recommend enrolling in an intensive preparatory course immediately to bridge academic gaps before the July registration window.

What is the deadline for reporting to school after a successful S-AEIS offer?

Successful applicants must report to their offered school between Monday, 27 April and Monday, 11 May 2026. If you fail to report within this period, the placement may be forfeited.

Which documents are required for Singapore school reporting?

You must bring the original and photocopies of the student’s Passport, Birth Certificate (with English translation), the S-AEIS Outcome Letter, and the Parent/Guardian’s identification. For Primary levels, the CEQ (KET/PET) result slip is also mandatory.

How do I apply for a Student Pass (STP) after receiving an S-AEIS offer?

After reporting to the school, you will receive a Registration Acknowledgement Letter (RAL). Use this letter to apply for the Student Pass via the ICA’s Solar+ system. Note that Dependant’s Pass (DP) holders do not require a separate Student Pass to attend government schools.

Why are Hanbridge Institute’s monthly tests harder than the actual S-AEIS?

We deliberately design our monthly assessments to be more rigorous than the actual MOE examinations. This “high-standard” approach ensures our students are over-prepared, making the actual test feel more manageable and reducing exam-day anxiety.
